Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Juniper Junction collects the information you intentionally share through our venue partnership, private-event, and email-list forms. We use it to respond to your inquiry and operate our local events business.
What we collect
Depending on the form you complete, this can include your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, venue location, event details, message, and email-list consent. Please don’t send payment information or other sensitive personal details through these forms.
Email-list status
At present, email signups are securely retained for Juniper Junction in preparation for a future email marketing integration. No third-party email marketing provider or automated campaign delivery is active yet. When that service is configured, communications will begin only for people who have given consent, and each marketing message will include an unsubscribe option.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to a potential collaboration or private event. We use email-list details only for Juniper Junction event updates after an email delivery service has been configured and only in accordance with the consent you have given.
How we protect it
Form information is sent to and stored in a secured business database accessible only to Juniper Junction administrators. We do not sell customer information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate our website or email communications, if and when those services are configured.
Your choices
You can ask to update or remove your submitted information by contacting Juniper Junction at the contact email displayed in the website footer. We may retain limited records where needed for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.
Changes to this policy
As Juniper Junction grows, we may update this page to reflect new tools or services. The date above will be updated when the policy changes.
